Calls develop for Lukashenko to step down as president guarantees difficult reaction

Tens of hundreds of protesters in Belarus have defied threats of a central authority crackdown to march thru central Minsk, once more voicing calls for that the rustic’s authoritarian president, Alexander Lukashenko, will have to step down.

After two Sundays through which the opposition had known as large rallies in Minsk and been left in large part unmolested by means of rebellion police, this week the president had promised protests could be met with a difficult reaction.
