Meals protection officers deny claims that diseased or infected meat is being eaten through customers

Customers are being uncovered to an “avoidable chance” of illness after a discount of professional controls in meals inspections of pig and poultry carcasses around the EU, Eu meat inspectors have mentioned.

Diseased meat is being eaten through customers in the United Kingdom and EU, together with pus from abscesses and tuberculosis lesions from pigs’ heads, mentioned the Eu Running Group for Meals Inspection and Shopper Coverage (EFWFC) this week. The EWFC represents EU meat inspectors.
