Katy Perry is slamming President Trump over his tweet concerning the California wildfires, which have forced tens of thousands of people to quickly evacuate their homes, including several high-profile celebrities.

In his tweet early Saturday, Trump blamed the “costly” fires on “gross mismanagement of the forests,” adding “Remedy now, or no more Fed payments!”

The singer took to Twitter the same day to retweet the president’s tweet with her own reaction, calling Trump’s reaction “heartless.”

“This is an absolutely heartless response. There aren’t even politics involved. Just good American families losing their homes as you tweet, evacuating into shelters,” she tweeted.

Perry wasn’t the one superstar to name out Trump on his response to the hearth. John Legend additionally tweeted out his personal snarky ideas.

“Our Nationwide Embarrassment cannot carry himself to turn some empathy to Californians coping with a horrific crisis,” he wrote.

In a follow-up tweet, Legend thanked firefighters for his or her carrier.

“I am thankful for our courageous firefighters doing bad paintings to avoid wasting their neighbors,” he wrote.
