Senior politicians in Scotland’s Gaelic-speaking spaces have referred to as for the language to be given a lot higher precedence in civil and public lifestyles to prevent it demise out.

Kate Forbes, the Scottish justice secretary, and Alasdair Allan, a former minister, stated Gaelic needed to be given priority or parity in all spaces of public lifestyles and the economic system throughout Gaelic spaces of the Highlands and islands.
