NFU Scotland ‘fuming’ at alleged misrepresentation via Douglas Ross in chlorinated hen row

The Scottish Tory chief, Douglas Ross, has been accused of twisting quotes from the Nationwide Farmers Union within the debate over US exports of chlorinated hen and hormone-injected red meat.

Jonnie Corridor, coverage director for Nationwide Farmers Union Scotland, stated he used to be left “fuming” after Ross quoted him agreeing that MPs had by no means voted in favour of slicing the United Kingdom’s meals high quality requirements.
