The Scottish Conservative chief, Douglas Ross, has mentioned he would vote in opposition to permitting UK imports of chlorinated rooster and hormone-injected red meat from america in a post-Brexit industry deal.

Ross mentioned the United Kingdom executive used to be being attentive to proceedings from the Nationwide Farmers Union (NFU), which has a robust presence in his rural constituency of Moray and fears a US industry deal would threaten meals requirements.
