There’s a new “Avengers: Endgame” trailer, and it’s just as epic as you expect.

Although half of the Marvel Universe’s fate is literally up in the air following “Avengers: Infinity War,” Robert Downey Jr. has his mind on one hairy question.

The actor, who portrays Iron Man, assembled “Avengers” co-stars Chris Evans and Mark Ruffalo for an epic battle of the mustaches, because defeating Thanos can wait.

“Ok this time it’s real,” Downey Jr. tweeted Wednesday, along with a side-by-side picture of himself, Ruffalo and Evans each sporting major facial hair. “Who wore it best?”

Ruffalo, who brings the Hulk to life on the big screen, pointed to the versatility of his facial hair, which may leave his “Avengers” counterparts green with envy.

“I mustache…does quantity count? Or different kinds of mustaches? I’ve seen quite a few unique styles over the years,” he tweeted Wednesday, adding a crying laughing emoji.

His tweet included a collage of nearly a dozen mustache-endowed Ruffalos.
